Kids Wheelchairs
Momentum Healthcare provides a full range of kid’s wheelchairs, from ages as young as 15 months into the teens.
The Sorg paediatric wheelchair range is designed purely with kids in mind. Each child is unique, so Momentum Healthcare can offer you bespoke solutions, giving special attention to the smallest yet sometimes most important details.
Since the company was founded in 2009, Momentum has been the go-to company for kids wheelchairs, for knowledgeable paediatric therapists across Ireland. This is what we are known for.
Our seating specialists have years of experience in fitting children’s wheelchairs and making them feel comfortable and at ease in the process. Our range of wheelchairs are growable as standard, so the wheelchair seat can grow with your child. The range of colours and designs are limitless to add personality and fun and make this inclusive and personal for your child.
Please do not hesitate to contact us through our online form if you wish to discuss the options further.
Kids Therapy Aids
Our Krabat range of therapy aids was sourced in Norway shortly after we set up Momentum Healthcare.
This range was lovingly developed by Tom-Arne Solhaug for his son with cerebral palsy in 2003. Tom-Arne Solhaug and Fredrik Brodtkorb founded Krabat AS in 2006.
We were very impressed with their unique approach to design and the team’s knowledge and passion for new and innovative products.
Krabat feels that ugly-looking aids promote stigmatization. Aids are often visible and used frequently, therefore an attractive appearance is very important to a family and child. The appealing and functional design also contributes to the aid being used more often, and greater progress can be expected. Attractive aids give the child more dignity, which makes him/her feel prouder. The krabat range certainly achieves this.

Kids Buggies
Let there be no limits to your days out with the Delta All-Terrain buggy.
This truly is the best in the market in this type of buggy. Believe us we did our research and travelled to look at several brands before being blown away by the Delta buggy.
It is a best seller in the UK market and is becoming a firm favourite with the Irish now as well, and it is easy to see why.
You can switch from your wheelchair into the Delta buggy and go off terrain, to the beach, mountain trails, for short runs to marathons and even cobbles do not challenge this beast of a buggy.
The Delta buggy comes with seating supports so each child or young adult can easily be supported and made comfy for some off-terrain experiences. There are several options with the wheels, and a set of beech wheels can be switched onto the buggy for those rare Irish sunny day trips to the seaside. But fear not you can also get a sun canopy, a cosy waterproof fleece leg warmer and a rain cover, so all those seasons that can happen in one day in Ireland are covered.
